Carrots can help your little one grow strong and healthy bones! They are a source of bone building nutrients calcium and vitamin K that work together to strengthen the skeletal structure.
Coconuts provide a heaping amount of dietary fiber that promote the health of the digestive tract as well as to help prevent common digestive issues like constipation.
We use coconut milk as a substitute for dairy in this dish to keep it free of allergens.
And finally, this delicious breakfast dish is naturally sweetened with dates, a native super food with ample important minerals like magnesium which also contributes to healthy bones, as well as the mineral potassium which protects the heart and is responsible for fluid balance in the body.
