To ensure your child’s safety our products cannot be left by your door. If you aren’t home to receive your delivery, our delivery driver will generally call you and wait 10 minutes. If the delivery driver does not hear back from you after 10 minutes, he will move on to the next delivery. You may contact Sprouting Journey to reschedule missed delivery timings with an additional delivery charge.
If you have special delivery instructions, such as “leave our order with the doorman,” please let us know by updating your delivery instructions. Sign in to your account, click on the Account Settings tab, scroll down to the Delivery Info section, click on the “Edit Info” button then enter in your Delivery Instructions.
