Broccoli

Broccoli is a cruciferous vegetable with many health properties. It contains plenty of antioxidants including vitamins A & C which protect the body from disease.
Broccoli is also a bone building super food. It is an excellent source of plant-based calcium to strengthen growing bones, as well magnesium which helps transport calcium into the bones and protect their integrity.

Jasmin Rice

Jasmin rice is a soft long-grain white rice that is easy to digest and soothing to the digestive tract. It has a slightly floral flavor that pairs well with curry dishes,

Chicken

We use premium quality chicken raised on a grass-fed diet without the exposure to antibiotics.
The protein from chicken supports this period of rapid growth as your baby’s cells develop and multiply at a faster rate. Chicken also contains a lot of Zinc a critical mineral during this time of life as zinc is required for the proper function of all cells in the body, and deficiencies in zinc is linked to delayed growth rate in infants and children.

Green Peas

These tiny pods are sweet and delicious with an impressive nutritious value. They are rich in iron and folate which work together to build healthy new red blood cells. Peas also help boost the immune system by providing an abundance of antioxidants including vitamins A & C.

Coconut Milk

We use coconut milk as a substitute for dairy in this dish to keep it free of allergens and to give it a rich creamy texture,

STOVE – From Frozen

  • Gently heat in pan for 3-5 mins, or until thawed

Alternatively, Microwave – From Frozen

  • 60 – 90 seconds on full power, stirring between 30 second intervals
