Our home-made pasta is made using a combination of organic whole grain spelt flour and semolina flour to enhance nutritional content without compromising taste and texture. Whole grains provide your child with protein and fiber. Both work on slowing down digestion, keeping your child feeling fuller for longer and keeping blood sugar levels balanced. Fiber particularly cleans up the digestive tract from toxic build up and smooths the digestive process. Our pasta dough consists of 29% organic spinach. Boosting this dishes nutrition profile for iron and folate, which work together and are needed to build healthy red blood cells.
Organic Butternut Squash
Butternut squash delivers smooth texture, a sweet flavor, and a load of vitamins. It is specifically rich in vitamin A an essential antioxidant that boosts immunity and protects the health of the skin and eyes.
Ricotta cheese is soft and creamy with a delicate flavor. Dairy foods are great sources of protein and are a rich in calcium and magnesium, two vital nutrients for growing strong and healthy bones.
Boil – From Frozen
In a pot, bring water to a boil, add olive oil & salt
Once boiling, add frozen Ravioli
Stir immediately to prevent sticking
Cook uncovered 4-6 minutes
