Throughout history humans have been using bone broth for medicinal purposes to heal many ailments!
Bone broth can be used as a base for soups and sauces, as a marinade for meats and vegetables, or simply served on its own as a warm drink!
To prepare our bone broth, we simmer chicken bones with some herbs and vegetables on low heat for over 12 hours. As the ingredients simmer, they release their nutrients into the water in a form your body can easily digest and absorb.
The nutrients coming out of the bones are mainly amino acids (proline, glutamine, glycine, and arginine),and minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus)
The specific amino acids from the bones have health benefits that can be healing to your body from your
brain to your gut:
Proline & Glutamine
